Feasibility Studies. On behalf of our clients, we perform an in depth assessment of the practicality of a proposed project. We then advice our clients how technological, legal and economic factors are likely to affect the project. This will help them make informed decisions before committing their time and financial resources on something which is not viable.
Preliminary and Final Project Designs. We prepare accurate and detailed CAD drawings to be used in planning and implementation stages. All our designs are based and guided by Engineering Regulations and Standards.
Project Cost Estimations. We understand the market trends very well and we update on market rates from time to time. After understanding the client’s preferences, we usually prepare the cost estimates for them to aid in planning and decision making.
Preparation of Tender Documents. We prepare Tender Documents for the project based on scope of works and design. We then submit them to the relevant and able contractors for filling. We clearly state all the specifications for the materials to be used as well as the expected workmanship quality.
Evaluation of Tenders. We carefully analyze all the tenders as submitted by the Tenderes. A comprehensive report giving our technical advice is then submitted to the client. We carry out the vetting process for the sub-contractors on behalf of our clients.
Liaison with the Moderating Authorities. With so many Authorities overseeing engineering works, we advice our clients accordingly and ensure all requirements are met.
Supervision and Overall Coordination. We offer site supervision services on behalf of our clients for all engineering works. We ensure that all materials used for the project meet the required standards and that they are of good quality. The general workmanship has to be good. We also coordinate all the activities by the various sub-contractors as well.
